The first Black captain of a predominantly White athletic team in world history and at a Christian high school - Saint Francis Preparatory, alma mater of legends Vincent Lombardi and Joe Torre - he is the greatest track and field athlete of modern times pound-per-pound. A Roman Catholic faith healer, stigmatic, Knight of Columbus, Boy Scout, member of the Legion of Mary, he plans on taking holy orders to become a deacon after completing a number of advanced degrees in engineering, all the Nobel subjects, business,and theology at Harvard University.
